Mobilising Anger
Energy to act, arising from dissatisfaction. It may come from a sense of injustice or feeling threatened, or the impulse to help others in need. When anger is not channelled constructively, it may become paralysing or destructive.

Paralysing Anger
Anger without an outlet. When people feel unsafe, they are unwilling to make any moves outside the norm, which leads to stagnation. When this happens in a network, there is usually a lot of complaining, but minimal action. (This is the pattern of freezing in the Circle of Coherence).

Destructive Anger
The energy of anger channeled destructively. Dissatisfaction is converted into action, to eliminate threats and regain control. (This usually provokes similarly negative reactions from others, leading to an escalating destructive pattern. In the Circle of Coherence this leads to the pattern of fighting.)
