The book is a compilation of experiences and theories, by 25 Dutch authors from different fields; management consulting, health care, education, modern arts, urban reconstruction, rural development, public management, and so forth.
Networks offer new perspectives where heavy structures with hierarchy and bureaucracies fail. The beauty with networks is that you can just start. I contribute the concept of networks as living organisms and illustrate it with the Circle of Coherence.
